Will PVC crack, chip, peel, rot or tear?

There are still Homeowners who are hesitant to accept Vinyl aka PVC products as a viable alternative to decaying and rusting fences out there. It is normal for PVC fence materials to expand and contract during temperature changes.

PVC Vinyl Fencing requires very little maintenance. Under normal conditions, this maintenance is in the form of annual washing of the fence to keep it looking new.

Value Fencing's PVC fence is certified ISO9000 World Standard for "Production of PVC fence" and will not crack, chip, peel, rot or tear. Value Fencing's PVC fencing should last in excess of 50 years & our PVC material is guaranteed for 20 Years!! (See Guarantees page). Ensure that your Contractor supplies you with a low-level Calcium Carbonate PVC as this additive is a cheap alternative for our non chalking Dupont brand TiO2. Cheaper PVC is very brittle & not properly UV Resistant. Insist on your Contractor to supply you with a Guarantee on the product from their supplier as well as an ASTM Certificate stating "PVC fencing", not windows, cabling, or condute.
