All orders placed through the portal sync directly with our main inventory system, helping Head Office and our warehouse teams manage stock allocation, picking, freight and invoicing more efficiently.

To streamline fulfilment and reduce unnecessary delays, all franchise stock orders must now be submitted through the online ordering portal.
❌ Orders sent via WhatsApp will no longer be processed.
❌ Orders sent via email will no longer be processed as stock orders.

2️⃣ Browse the Stock Catalogue
Once logged in, browse the available product catalogue and select the items required by your franchise.
Depending on the applicable category, products may include:

This is one of the most important new ordering rules.

Submitting your order will automatically create a:

inside our inventory management system.
Your online submission is therefore your official stock order request.
🧾 7️⃣ Verification & Final Tax Invoice
After your order has been received, our team will verify:
✅ Stock availability
✅ Warehouse allocation
✅ Product quantities
✅ Collection requirements
✅ Freight arrangements where applicable
Once verified, your final tax invoice will be emailed to you.
This verification process helps ensure your order is correct before fulfilment begins.
⏰ Important: Minimum 48-Hour Lead Time
Please plan ahead.
All franchise stock orders require a minimum of:

This allows sufficient time for:

Same-day fulfilment should therefore not be expected.
🕛 Orders Before 12:00 PM
Orders submitted before 12:00 PM will begin processing that day towards the standard 48-hour fulfilment period.
Example:

➡️ Processing can begin that day.
⚠️ Order submitted after 12:00 PM
➡️ Processing may only begin during the next applicable processing period.
Planning orders early helps avoid unnecessary stock delays.
🚨 Same-Day Collections
Same-day collections cannot normally be accommodated.
If an exceptional same-day requirement arises, this must be:
✅ Arranged directly with Head Office
✅ Confirmed before collection
Submitting an order online does not automatically mean it will be ready for same-day collection.
🚚 Freight & Delivery Guidelines
Different freight arrangements apply depending on the type of stock being ordered.
📦 Bulk PVC Profile Orders
Qualifying bulk PVC profile orders may be delivered without an additional delivery charge, subject to the applicable minimum bulk-order requirement.
⚠️ Please verify the current minimum qualifying order amount with Willie before placing your order.
This is especially important when planning major stock replenishment.
🔩 Small Hardware & Accessory Orders
Small suitable items can be sent using Courier Guy arrangements.
Please remember:
💳 Courier charges are strictly for the franchisee's account.
Keeping small hardware separate from long stock helps keep courier costs and packaging requirements accurate.
