How safe are PVC pool fences & Gates?

Our PVC Pool fence conforms to the National Building Regulations & Municipal Bylaws for Pool Fences & Gates. They are a minimum of 1,2m high with slats spaced 100mm or smaller apart. Gates are fitted with Auto closing hinges & 2x Auto latching latches (To close from an open position 30cm or larger) for child safety, it can also be locked via a padlock.
